Review of Avery CDC Vaccine Card Holders and Lanyards, 4" x 3", Landscape, 5 Prepunched ID Card Holders and Lanyards (02913) (5 Holders & Lanyards)The reason that I grabbed this set is to avoid laminating the card although I do have a copy made that was thermally laminated and I also shrunk the card down to wallet size and used peel and stick laminating sheets. Have the plastic cover will reduce the need for asking for replacement cards.Badge holders come in various shapes and sizes and someone decided to make a holder that was sized to contain the CDC COVID vaccination card which was a poor decision in the first place.Unlike what I have so frequently used in the past these do not have a flap at the top to ensure that contents do not slip out and reduce the risk of moisture ingress. There is a slot at the top and two pinholes to accommodate lanyards with the pinholes suitable for the thin bead-type lanyards. The plastic is thin and definitely sticks so if one has to remove the card frequently the plastic will eventually tear.The lanyards are extremely basic and cannot be adjusted for length so it is one size fits nobody.I do not see that many people will have a real need to wear a vaccination card but meets my interest for additional protection for storage.It was really pushing it to have the full-sized vaccination card in a bi-fold wallet so no chance to use one of these protectors and store in wallet. Only two vaccines can actually be entered onto a card as the peel and stick labels from manufacturer each occupy the space for three shots to be entered (at least for Pfizer).
